When printing, the device asks for 8½ x 11½ paper from the bypass tray when I want A4 Products Service & Support

This is a common issue that affects documents that have been created using imperial measurement, typically U.S.

There are 2 choices for this −

Firstly check the document settings in the page setup on your PC - Open your document and select File - Page setup - Click the Paper Tab -  Here you can check the paper size settings and paper tray selection

Second is to set the Auto switch on the machine -

At the bottom of the screen select A4/A3 LTR/LGR Auto Switch - Select ON - OK - Close
