This simply explains which options need to be selected when printing from Mac OSX when Account Track is enabled

Choose FilePrint –

Next select the pulldown menu here (labelled Layout)

and choose ‘Output Method’

If this menu is not visible choose the

Show Details button at the bottom.

To enable a popup box for every print

Select Detail Settings then double click Administrator Settings

Place a tick in the Account Track box here

To save the same Account Track information for every print

Put a tick in the Account Track box and a popup window will appear.

Type in the password and choose save settings
